Organic extra virgin olive oil made from cold pressed Sicilian olives
ANGELO OLIO EXTRAVERGINE DI OLIVA
Made exclusively from olives handpicked on our family’s single estate. In order to keep the level of polyphenols and antioxidants as high as possible in the oil, we harvest in the first weeks of October. Approximately 12kg of hand selected olives from the varieties Tonda Iblea and Nocellara del Belice are necessary to obtain 1 Litre of oil.
Dark green in color with reflections of gold, a fragrance displaying aromas of freshly cut grass, tomatoes ,oregano, rosemary, green almonds…..
An intense flavour, harmoniously fruity with a bitter /spicy balance.
